How to elevate permisions when launching a program under Vista the easy way

This post will start a new section on my site that will house tips and tricks, mainly for myself, about Windows Vista and general IT related things that makes my job easier.
Maybe, a little background is necessary. I have worked with computers since I was around 8 when someone helped me build my first Tandy. I started programming when I was 8.5 with QBasic as my language of choice and progressed to working with C++ in a high level Cad environment. I am primarily self-taught and have been attending ECPI for Network Security Management for the past year. I currently work in IT for a fortune 500 company based in Greensboro, NC.
So, tired of having to right click on CMD every time you wish to launch it? wish you could just run as Administrator but don’t want to turn off the protection of the UAC? Well then this tips for you. Simply follow the steps outlined below and CMD, or any other program, will be ran as Administrator with all of the privileges it had under XP.
Your program will now be ran as administrator just as it did in XP.
I hope you find this tip useful, thanks for reading.
