Christmas Crazy
Christmas time is always a special time time of the year for me, family and friends come together and share presents, the past years events, and food (my favorite). Christmas this year has been exeptionally special with the little ones I have just finished putting together a massive train table and right now Daniel is jabbering at me to go and play. I belive the best part about Christmas with little ones is that for a brief moment you can forget about the worlds troubles and be three again. At least that is what I try to do.

Congrats to your Christmas time Dave and I’m finally out still don’t know what to do. The places I applied all put on hiring freezes so there goes that. I know the new roles of your job are not great but at least you still have a job and remember there are other places to work at good luck Dave.

Thanks for your comments. I hope that you and your family have had a merry christmas. I also hope that you do find a decent job and are happy in it. I think that most companies are using this recession thing as an excuse to cut back spending and look at where they can cut fat without the reprocusions and legal crap that comes with firing. I know that is what my company is doing and what I would do if I owned a large coorp. However, I don’t believe they (CEO’s and other three letter execs) realize how much stratagies like attrition hurt the morale of employees. I have overheard several people from several different orginizations tell me that they used to be able to trust the company they worked for but that now they hate working for a coorporation. This again is not just at my work but also friends and collieges workplaces.

Don’t I know it. Just about any company you work for unless you own it is showing it’s true colors and it’s getting scary if I wasn’t commission based I would already be out of a job. Anyone making more than min wage or hourly is gone they got rid of them 2 months ago now we are told we are a jeep dealer and it’s still not getting better with the big 3 talking bankruptcy.
